Rikki is a lash artist. Abraham is a software developer. They're married, both business owners, and they spent years watching the same problem from two different angles.

No. Clients never pay Besmi a fee to book with you, and Besmi takes no commission on your bookings. On the free plan, card payments carry Besmi's 1% on top of standard processing; paid plans add nothing.
