What can a connected AI actually do?
It works with over 50 purpose-built tools scoped to your studio. It reads your schedule, availability, hours and locations, clients and their history, your Sales report, payouts and reviews. It books (with options, add-ons, stylists and standing appointments), confirms, moves and cancels appointments, sets special hours and days off, answers the texts your AI receptionist flagged, offers openings to your waitlist, manages discounts, audiences and automations, and edits your booking page: colors, fonts, sections and Looks, as a draft you preview before it goes live. Everything happens in plain conversation.
How does the AI designer work?
Ask for a feeling ("soft and luxe", "bold and fun", "like a magazine cover") and Claude redesigns your booking page with Besmi's design tools: colors, fonts, buttons, sections and layout, starting from Besmi's tuned presets and Looks. It sees a picture of the page after every change, runs a design review for readability and the path to booking, and fixes what it finds. You get a preview link, and nothing goes live until you say yes.
Will it change my live page without asking?
No. Design changes go into a draft first. You look at the preview, then tell it to publish (or tap Publish right in Claude). If you change your mind, ask it to undo and the page goes back. If you edited your page in My Page while a draft was open, it asks before overwriting your changes.
Is my client data safe?
The connection is scoped to your business only and travels encrypted. Besmi shares only what a specific request needs, while the connection is live. Access credentials are stored hashed on our side, so revoking a connection shuts it down instantly.
Can it change things without me?
No. Actions happen because you asked for them in the chat, and it reads anything that reaches a client back to you first. It cannot charge cards, refund, pay out, or send marketing texts at all. Page changes go to a preview first and keep an undo history so you can step back.
Which plans and platforms do I need?
On the Besmi side, the connector is part of the Pro and Icon plans. On the AI side, Claude supports custom connectors on Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise, and ChatGPT supports them on plans that include connectors.
How do I disconnect?
Open Settings, then Connect in your Besmi dashboard. Every connected app is listed with its last-used date. Tap disconnect and its access is revoked immediately.
Does it cost extra?
No. The connector is included with Besmi Pro and Icon at no extra cost. You just need your own Claude or ChatGPT plan that supports connectors.
