What can a connected AI actually do?
It works with 32 purpose-built tools scoped to your studio: read your schedule and availability, look up clients and their history, pull revenue and review stats, book, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments, block personal time, manage discounts and audiences, set up automations, and restyle your public booking page. Everything happens in plain conversation.
Is my client data safe?
The connection is scoped to your business only and travels encrypted. Besmi shares only what a specific request needs, while the connection is live. Access credentials are stored hashed on our side, so revoking a connection shuts it down instantly.
Can it change things without me?
No. Actions happen because you asked for them in the chat. It cannot charge cards, refund, or send marketing texts at all, and page design changes keep an undo history so you can step back.
Which plans and platforms do I need?
On the Besmi side, the connector is part of the Pro and Icon plans. On the AI side, Claude supports custom connectors on Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise, and ChatGPT supports them on plans that include connectors.
How do I disconnect?
Open Settings, then Connect in your Besmi dashboard. Every connected app is listed with its last-used date. Tap disconnect and its access is revoked immediately.
Does it cost extra?
No. The connector is included with Besmi Pro and Icon at no extra cost. You just need your own Claude or ChatGPT plan that supports connectors.
