1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Besmi platform at besmi.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Besmi is a booking and business management platform designed for beauty and wellness professionals. The Service includes appointment scheduling, client management, SMS communications, AI-powered assistance, and payment processing tools.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create a business account
• One person or business may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Impersonate another person or business

5. Bookings and Payments

Besmi facilitates bookings between service providers and their clients. The actual service agreement is between the provider and client. Besmi is not a party to the service transaction and is not liable for the quality of services rendered.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using payment features, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

6. SMS and Communications

By using the SMS features, you agree to comply with all applicable messaging laws and regulations, including obtaining proper consent from recipients. You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through the platform.

7. AI Assistant

The AI assistant feature is provided as-is and may not always produce perfect responses. You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring AI-generated communications sent to your clients. Besmi is not liable for any errors or misunderstandings caused by AI responses.

8. Intellectual Property

The Besmi platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Besmi. You retain ownership of the content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it as part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Besmi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
