Course terms

You're buying from RSGLAMCADEMY. Mari runs the program and is responsible for what's taught. The academy runs on Besmi, and payments are handled by Stripe. Your card statement shows RSGLAMCADEMY.

The option you choose at checkout: online lessons, class days, a kit, or a mix, as listed on the program's page. Online access lasts as long as the program says (lifetime unless it says otherwise). Programs that run in rounds start on the date you pick, and the weekly lessons open from that date.

• With a deposit, the rest is due before your class days. You can pay it any time in your academy.
• With monthly payments, each one is charged to the card you checked out with, a month apart. If one doesn't go through, we email you a link to pay; your lessons stay open for 7 days, then pause until it's paid.
• A membership is charged when you join and then every month on the same card, until you cancel. Cancel any time from your profile: you won't be charged again and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Past months aren't refunded, except under the refund rule below.
• If you pay with Klarna, Afterpay or Affirm, their terms apply to how you repay them. RSGLAMCADEMY is paid in full.
• Any card fee is shown before you pay.

If a class is cancelled or moved by the educator, you get a full refund, deposit included. Changed your mind? You get a full refund within 7 days of buying, as long as your class is more than 7 days away and you've watched or read less than 20% of the online lessons. A reading counts once you mark it done (a handbook, once you reach its last page). An unopened kit can be refunded until it's handed to you or shipped. After 7 days, Mari may keep up to 30% of the price as a deposit if you cancel.

If Mari cancels or moves a class, you get a full refund if you want one, deposit included.

Your academy is yours alone. You sign in with a code sent to your email or phone, on up to 3 devices at a time. Please don't share your sign-in.

Videos, handbooks and files are for your own learning. Please don't record, copy, resell or share them. Handbooks carry your name on every page. Files you're allowed to download are yours to keep for your own use.

Group calls may be recorded and posted for the students in your program, so anyone who misses one can watch it later. If you'd rather not appear, keep your camera off.

When you send model set photos, you confirm your model agreed to them being taken and reviewed. Only Mari and her team see them unless you post them in the room yourself.

A certificate shows you completed the program. It isn't a license: check your state's rules before taking paying clients.

The room is for the students in the academy. Be kind and keep it about the work. Mari may remove posts or members that aren't.

Message Mari in your academy first; most things are sorted in a day. The academy keeps a record of your sign-ins, lessons and messages. If you dispute a charge with your bank, that record may be shared with them.

A parent or guardian must agree to these terms for a student under 18, and gets the same receipts and notices.
