Please let me know before your appointment if you use tretinoin, retinol, or other prescription acne treatments. These products can make your skin more vulnerable to irritation or injury during brow waxing and other hair-removal services. Do not wax skin that is irritated, peeling, sunburned, or compromised. If you use prescription tretinoin, check with your prescribing provider before waxing the treated area. Stopping it briefly does not automatically make waxing safe.

Yes! You can still get waxed during your period. However, you may feel more sensitive than usual. Please wear a fresh tampon or menstrual cup if applicable, and choose whatever feels most comfortable for you.
