## Plans and pricing (USD, monthly, no contract)

New accounts get every feature free for 30 days, no card needed, then stay on the free Artist plan unless they pick a paid one.

- Artist, $0: booking page and page builder, unlimited bookings, calendar, card payments and Tap to Pay on iPhone, a card on file at booking, no-show and late-cancel fees, prepaid packages, retail sales, email reminders, analytics, basic discount codes, 1 intake form, the community. Card payments cost 3.9% + 30¢ online and 3.7% + 15¢ in person, which includes Besmi's 1%.
- Pro, $15: adds text reminders, deposits, early access and scheduled book releases, unlimited intake forms, aftercare cards, reviews (they can send clients to Google), Google and Apple Calendar sync, no Besmi badge, Spanish forms, texts and emails for clients, advanced discounts, an AI that replies to client texts (250 AI texts a month), the Claude and ChatGPT connector, and 50 marketing texts a month. Card payments cost 2.9% + 30¢ online and 2.7% + 15¢ in person, with nothing added by Besmi.
- Icon, $25: adds rebooking reminders timed per service, thank-you notes, a waitlist, gift cards and gift card bonus offers, a loyalty stamp card, an online shop with pickup, email marketing (2,500 emails a month), Creative (posts, news and offers on her page and her own site), classes with seats, the Storefront API for her own website, fill windows, after-hours times, custom booking questions, her own wording on client messages, branded receipts, multiple locations, stylist text alerts, priority support, 500 AI texts and 250 marketing texts a month. Same card rates as Pro.
- Studio, for a team: Icon plus teammates, $49.99 a month for the owner and up to 3 artists, $75 for 4 to 10. Each artist has her own login, calendar and booking link, and a weekly pay sheet shows each artist's commission.

Add-ons and fees:
- Client memberships (Pro or Icon): free for the first 30 days, then $6.99 a month.
- Shop shipping (Icon): live carrier rates, labels and tracking, $14.99 a month; labels billed at cost.
- More marketing email (Icon): 2,500 more emails a month for $10.
- Marketing text packs, one-time, never expire: 100 for $5, 500 for $20, 1,000 for $35. A text is one SMS segment, the way carriers bill it: up to 160 characters, or 70 if it has an emoji. A longer message counts as 2 or 3.
- A Besmi phone number for the AI text replies, so new clients can text it: $4.99 a month.
- Instant payouts to a debit card: 1.95% of the amount.
- Clients never pay Besmi a booking fee, and Besmi takes no commission on bookings.

Claude and ChatGPT can read the schedule, clients and sales, book, move and cancel appointments, and redesign the booking page as a draft she approves. It never charges a card or sends marketing texts. Included in Pro and Icon; the studio needs her own Claude or ChatGPT plan that supports connectors.
