Studio Guidelines & Care

Please note you will lose more eyelash extensions on the side on which you sleep. Sleeping on your stomach will affect them the most and it is important to refrain from sleeping on your stomach for the first 4 days after your service to allow the adhesive to set properly.

PLEASE NOTE USE OF OIL BASED PRODUCTS AROUND EYES SHOULD BE DISCONTINUED AFTER YOUR EYELASH EXTENSION SERVICE. It is also recommended to avoid all oil based products around your eyes for as long as you wear your lashes. Oil based products, waterproof mascaras and liners will loosen the adhesive and your lashes will not last long.

Do you wear Contact Lenses:Contact Lenses MUST be removed prior to eyelash extensions procedures. Products may get underneath the contact lens and cause an abrasion or scratching.

Studio Policies & Liability Waiver

I can lay flat and keep my eyes completely closed for 2+ hours. *

I acknowledge the mandatory $30 non-refundable deposit. Remaining balance is due in Cash or Card. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice to transfer deposit. (El depósito NO es reembolsable. Reagendar con al menos 24 horas de anticipación para transferir su depósito). *

Arriving more than 10 minutes late results in automatic cancellation. *

Appointments take 2–3 hours max (time varies on natural lashes). I agree to arrive solo (no extra guests/children). *

I will arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and avoid caffeine prior to my appointment. *

I understand hormonal changes (pregnancy, thyroid conditions/medications) can alter retention. *

I consent to proceeding without a 24-hr patch test and accept all risks of potential adhesive reaction. *

I release Iluxe Studio and its technicians from liability for any adverse reactions, eye irritation, or injury resulting from the lash application process. *

I understand that the technician reserves the right to refuse service or stop application if my natural lashes are severely damaged, unhygienic, or if health risks arise. *

I understand that Iluxe Studio does not perform fills on work done by other lash technicians. A full removal and new set will be required. *

Any retention issues must be reported within 48 hours of your service with photos attached to qualify for a complimentary fix. *
