Thank you so much for your interest in booking with me! 🩷 Before booking your appointment, please make sure you read and understand all of my policies below.

BOOKING & DEPOSIT
• All services require a $25 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
• Once you complete your booking, you will have 24 hours to submit your deposit.
• Your deposit goes toward your service total.
• The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment and can be paid by cash, Zelle, tap-to-pay, or an available payment plan option.

CARD ON FILE
• A card must be kept on file when booking.
• Your card will not be charged unless you cancel within the applicable cancellation period or fail to show up for your appointment.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will require payment of 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• If you do not contact me before your appointment time and fail to show up, your card on file will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
• Cancellation fees do not go toward a future appointment. You will need to pay the full price when rescheduling.
• You may reschedule one time using the same deposit. After that, a new deposit will be required and the original deposit will be forfeited.

APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
• Your appointment address will be sent to you via text message 24 hours before your appointment.
• If you have any questions or cannot find an appointment time that works for you, please text or DM me and I’ll be happy to help!

REFUNDS
• There are no refunds on any services once the service has been completed.
