Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your data. If you would like to permanently delete your Besmi account, you can do so using either of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete from the App

1. Open the Besmi app and go to your Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This will immediately sign you out. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2: Request via Email

Send an email to support@besmi.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your Besmi account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Your business page, services, and settings
• Client records and appointment history
• Payment records and transaction history
• AI conversation history
• Push notification tokens
• All uploaded images (avatar, gallery, cover photos)

What We May Retain

We may retain certain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you, as well as records required for legal compliance (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes) for up to 7 years as required by law.
